Three specialists have launched a real estate investment and asset manager.
L3M Asset Management, based in Nyon and operating across French-speaking Switzerland, was co-founded by real estate professionals Jean-Baptiste Rogasik, Pierre-Edouard Guillier and Maxime Veysset. All three used to work for property group Emeria.
The trio’s other firm, L3M Partners, previously also handled investment management. It will now focus purely on advisory and brokerage activity.
